PRCI and RedSketch Sign MoU to Strengthen Academic and Industry Collaboration

Jaipur, May 29: In a significant step towards strengthening industry-academia collaboration, the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Jaipur Chapter, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RedSketch Academy on Friday. The partnership aims to promote academic excellence, industry interaction, and professional development in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), graphics, video editing, public relations, and corporate communication.

PRCI, headquartered in Bengaluru, is one of India’s leading communication exchange platforms dedicated to advancing public relations, media, and strategic communication practices across the country.

Young Communicators Club (YCC) to be Established at RedSketch Academy

The MoU was formally signed by Somendra Harsh, Chairman of PRCI Jaipur Chapter, and Kashvi Jain, Managing Director of RedSketch Academy, in the presence of dignitaries from the media and education sectors. Among those present were Sunny Kulshrestha, Secretary of PRCI Jaipur Chapter, and Anant Mishra, Branch Head of RedSketch Nirman Nagar.

On the occasion, Dr. Rahul Babu Kodali, Joint Secretary of PRCI Jaipur Chapter, and Aditi Tripathi, Admission Counsellor at RedSketch Academy, were appointed as coordinators for the implementation and coordination of the MoU activities.

Under this collaboration, both institutions will jointly organize workshops, seminars, conferences, PR club activities, academic interactions, and event management initiatives. The agreement also focuses on promoting internships, consultancy projects, industry-oriented training programs, and professional activities related to public relations and corporate communication for students and young professionals.

The partnership will further encourage the exchange of academic resources, research publications, and professional expertise in journalism, media, and communication studies.

A key highlight of the MoU is the establishment of the Young Communicators Club (YCC) at RedSketch Academy. The club will function under the guidance of academy-appointed coordinators and will actively engage students in leadership development, communication skills enhancement, and industry-oriented activities connected with PRCI Jaipur Chapter.

Representatives from both organizations expressed confidence that the collaboration would create meaningful opportunities for students and contribute to strengthening the relationship between academia and the communication industry.

The MoU will initially remain effective for one year and may be extended further with mutual consent from both parties.
