FUISI Celebrates International Youth Day with ‘Innovation’, Empowering Young Founders and Creating More Job Creators

Startup Pitch Session, Innofest 3.0 Poster Launch and FUISI Youth Chapter ‘Next-Gen Bharat’ Highlight the Event

Jaipur: On International Youth Day, the Federation of Unicorn Innovative Startup & Industries (FUISI) hosted ‘Innovision’ in association with Poddar Group of Institutions (PGI) and WayUp Abroad, bringing together young founders, emerging startups and industry leaders on a common platform to exchange ideas, address challenges and explore new opportunities.

The event commenced with the poster launch of Innofest 3.0, FUISI’s signature entrepreneurship summit. The launch officially set the stage for the much-awaited summit, built around the vision of “Creating More Job Creators.” The initiative aims to encourage entrepreneurship, innovation and a mindset of creating opportunities rather than merely seeking employment.

The programme then moved into an engaging Startup Pitch Session, where promising startups presented their business ideas, ventures and key challenges before an expert panel comprising prominent entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

The expert panel included Dr. Anand Poddar, Chairman, Poddar Group of Institutions and President, FUISI; Mr. Shubham Saxena, Founder, Colladome; Ms. Anjali Singh, Founder, GurishIMA & WayUp Abroad; Mr. Vikas Sharma, Director, Quanta Group; Ar. Priyank Gupta, Architect & Entrepreneur; Mr. Sunny Kulshrestha, Founder, Via Media Creations; and Ms. Monika Gupta, Founder, Utsavi Ecosystem.

Rather than limiting the session to conventional pitch evaluation, the panel focused on understanding the real challenges being faced by emerging entrepreneurs. The participating startups received practical suggestions, industry insights, strategic guidance and possible solutions aimed at helping them strengthen their ventures and move towards sustainable growth.

The interaction also highlighted the importance of creating stronger connections between young entrepreneurs, experienced industry professionals, investors and the wider startup ecosystem.

A New Platform for the Next Generation

A significant outcome of the initiative is that selected startups from the pitch session will have the opportunity to be empanelled with the FUISI Youth Chapter – ‘Next-Gen Bharat’.

The Youth Chapter is envisioned as a platform where young entrepreneurs and innovators can connect, collaborate, learn and grow, while gaining access to a wider ecosystem of industry expertise and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Through initiatives such as Innovision and Innofest 3.0, FUISI continues to focus on strengthening India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by creating meaningful platforms for young innovators and aspiring founders.

The event reinforced FUISI’s broader vision of empowering the next generation, promoting entrepreneurship and creating more job creators for a stronger and self-reliant India.
